What time are you guys hitting the road?
Jared and I usually pull out of Brandon at about 7:45AM. That gets us to a Subway in Rochester about 11:30 and to the track by noon when the doors open.
They have food at the track which makes a great supper, but missing lunch makes it a long, long day.
Maybe if we can all get there about the same time, we can all get pitted in the same area. That would be fun!

I'm planning to leave Sioux Falls by 7:00. Need to meet up with Randy in Worthington. My number is 605-201-2951... What time do the races get over when you have gone? We plan to come home after racing...

We usually get on the road around 10pm... but it depends on how well you do and what class you're in.
A stop at a KwikTrip in Austin on the way home for some snacks and you'll be home around 2am (weather pending).

Congrats on some great racing over at Tea's.... RCX was very well represented over there. For those who don't know, Jeff was second in the EDMs and Damon was second in the 17.5 sprints! Randy looked great as well and it was great getting Brian Rubin back behind the wheel (or would it be radio).
Now, I just have to find speed. It feels like I am running with a restrictor plate. I've checked radio settings, ESC settings, motor timing... nothing out of the ordinary. Bearings are good too. I went all over the board with rollout too.
Has anyone had problems with Thunderpower batteries? What's everyone else running. I'm starting to think my issue is in the battery department.
I think I might buy a Fantom 100c battery. Anyone have those?

Revtech and Fantom are the same batts. Also got to thank Jeff for hauling my butt over and back . Got my first T/Q and nearly A win over some very tuff competition. Also congrates to Jeff on his B feature win and drive to second in the A main 17.5 EDM .

Damon, you don't have to answer this is you don't want... but what LRP ESC are you running. I'm also considering a switch from Tekin, I'm starting to believe blue, might indeed, be better.

Lots of fun racing at Tea's and I will be back. I've been running Revtech batteries this year. I just got a Murfdogg 65C but haven't tried it yet.
